Your Role: As a Turnaround Coordinator, you will:
- Drive the development and execution of comprehensive turnaround plans, coordinating closely with project managers and engineers to align schedules with project goals and resource constraints.
- Oversee the coordination of manpower, equipment, and materials, ensuring optimal allocation and utilization to maintain project efficiency and minimize operational downtime.
- Manage the procurement process and logistics for materials and equipment, streamlining delivery and storage to support timely and effective turnaround execution.
- Facilitate contract management with vendors and service providers, ensuring adherence to terms and specifications while upholding high standards of performance and compliance.
- Champion a culture of safety by implementing rigorous protocols and ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations throughout the turnaround process.
- Act as the central communication link among stakeholders, providing clear updates and progress reports, while proactively identifying risks and developing contingency plans to mitigate potential project disruptions.

What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least five years experience in a related field.
- Experience in and knowledge of Primavera P6 and other scheduling software.
- A thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement.
