Your Role: As a Lead Turnaround Scheduler, you will:
- Oversee a team of schedulers to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive turnaround schedules, ensuring that all turnaround activities are accurately captured and sequenced in alignment with related objectives.
- Act as the primary point of contact for progress updates, meticulously tracking the accuracy and timeliness of the schedule, and providing regular, detailed reports to stakeholders and turnaround managers.
- Lead the strategic allocation and optimization of resources across multiple work packages, collaborating with planners and project teams to ensure efficient utilization and minimize downtime.
- Spearhead the assessment and integration of schedule changes, proactively managing risks and developing contingency plans to maintain project momentum in the face of unforeseen challenges.
- Serve as the key liaison between the scheduling team, project managers, and stakeholders, facilitating clear and effective communication to ensure all parties are informed and engaged throughout the turnaround process.

What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- At least five years experience in a related field.
- Experience in and knowledge of Primavera P6 and other scheduling software.
- A thirst for knowledge and continuous improvement.
